Senor Project Manager, Network Transformation

What you will do

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of distribution, transportation, and supply chain network transition projects across EMEA.
• Manage multiple interdependent sub-projects, including plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate operational, systems, infrastructure, and 3PL readiness activities supporting network transformation.
• Support site cutover planning, stabilization activities, hypercare, and transition governance.
• Facilitate decisions and communication across Operations, IT, Digital, Procurement, Partner Management, regional teams, and global stakeholders.
• Prepare governance reporting and maintain after-action reviews, best practices, and continuous-improvement documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs.
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility projects or programs with multiple interdependent workstreams in regional or global matrix environments.
• Experience with project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance, operational transitions, network changes, or site implementations.
• Understanding of supply chain and distribution operations, including warehouse and transportation processes.
• Fluent English required. Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, problem-solving, and independent judgment skills are essential.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies other than FPX.
• Experience in MedTech.
• Additional language skills.
