Senior Consultant - Healthcare Project Manager - UK (EPR/Digital Transformation)

What you will do

• Manage healthcare IT and digital transformation projects, including projects involving EPR systems.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Track and document project risks and issues, analyze workflows, and maintain project documentation.
• Work with project leadership and platform end users to facilitate meetings, advise on workflow optimization, and coordinate deliverables.
• Perform additional project-specific duties defined in client statements of work.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of healthcare IT project management experience.
• Experience managing digital transformation projects of different types and sizes, ideally involving EPRs.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, high organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to adapt to new project environments, work with different teams, follow client workplace rules, and accommodate changing project locations and travel arrangements.
• Ability to mentor and guide others with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
