Senior Consultant, Strategic Initiatives and Continuous Improvement

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects from concept through implementation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify HR Operations processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
• Facilitate process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.
• Analyze operational data and develop insights to support decision-making.
• Support technology, automation, AI, and self-service solution implementation.
• Develop business cases, project plans, governance materials, and executive presentations while managing risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization.

Requirements

• Experience in Operations or Shared Services, consulting, project management, or continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment.
• Employment permit sponsorship is not available, including Critical Skills, General Employment, Intra-Company Transfer, and Stamp 1G permissions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or project management methodologies.
• Experience supporting automation, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
