Business Operations Analyst - Bilingual (French/English)

Location: Toronto-141 Bay, 15th Floor, Canada; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote.

What you will do

• Manage assigned services and support the Chief Security Office Shared Services Team in strengthening information security governance.
• Coordinate large CSO events, including scheduling, communications, venue booking, catering, logistics, and on-site support.
• Support governance, compliance implementations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain report integrity, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, documentation, and operational requests.
• Coordinate resource onboarding and offboarding, conduct spot-checks and independent testing, and track required actions.
• Identify process improvements and support automation of procedures such as monthly attestations.

Requirements

• Extensive direct experience supporting senior leaders with schedule and calendar management.
• Strong administrative skills, including multitasking in complex environments, situational awareness, prioritization, and handling ad hoc requests.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to investigate complex problems, interpret information, and communicate detailed findings clearly.
• Fluent French and English required to support business operations outside Quebec, Canada.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
