CT Technologist - CT Scan - Full Time - Second Shift

Compensation: $15,000 sign-on bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Perform computed tomography procedures and related techniques to produce sectional and three-dimensional images.
• Assist with interventional procedures at the request of licensed practitioners.
• Prepare and position patients according to CT procedure protocols.
• Perform venipuncture and document patient history, limitations, examination details, and technique.
• Apply radiation-protection standards for patients, staff, and self.
• Work with Siemens scanners and automated 3D software in a 24/7 radiology environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in radiography, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine technology.
• Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy certification required.
• ARRT (CT) certification required; ARRT-eligible candidates may obtain certification within 12 months of hire.
• Obtain BLS qualification during orientation and maintain it throughout employment.
• Work the second-shift schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:30–10:00 p.m., plus every other weekend from 7:00 p.m.–3:00 a.m.
