Senior Compliance Corrections Specialist (Healthcare Compliance)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Continental United States

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Intake and triage suspected compliance issues across all lines of business.
• Enter issues into the GRC tool and coordinate assignments with corrections team members.
• Collaborate with compliance and business stakeholders on root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Monitor remediation progress, document milestones, escalate barriers, and review evidence supporting issue closure.
• Develop and refine corrections reporting, including trend analysis for new, active, and closed issues and regulatory sanctions.
• Support the maintenance of corrections processes and tools and educate colleagues on correcting non-compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in managed care, health insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in managed care, health insurance, or a related area.
• Strong collaboration and issue-escalation skills.
• Experience with data analytics is preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
• Certified in HealthCare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification is preferred.
