Senior Compliance Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Illinois, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Research compliance issues and recommend changes to maintain compliance with contract obligations.
• Maintain relationships with government agencies and coordinate regulatory site visits.
• Coordinate the implementation and compliance of corrective action plans.
• Influence departmental strategy and determine technical approaches for project components independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of technical experience.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and CMS.
• Work from a dedicated space with internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
