What you will do

• Plan and commercialize global growth for the Rubber Expansion Joint product line in line with the SSS strategy.
• Drive strategic initiatives supporting product-line growth, global positioning, implementation, and commercialization.
• Support sales teams with competitor analysis, product positioning, key-market analysis, and sales enablement tools.
• Identify and analyze global customer leads and opportunities through the C4C CRM system.
• Monitor product-group performance, including product mix, portfolio analysis, and lifecycle management.
• Develop training materials and sessions, and support product development and R&D initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Ideally, three years of outdoor sales and service experience.
• Ideally, three years of expansion joint experience, including knowledge of rubber expansion joints, packing, and gaskets.
• Knowledge of product-related inspection and service execution is preferred.
• Experience in global or international business, with a network in industries such as water, power, or refining.
