Senior Product Manager Wheeled Goods (Special Projects) (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional special projects across the wheeled goods portfolio, managing time, cost, quality, risks, and timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing products and identify opportunities to improve performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage Engineering Change Requests, design adjustments, portfolio updates, and product modifications throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define and maintain product specifications in collaboration with R&D and Quality.
• Evaluate technical issues, customer feedback, field data, returns claims, testing results, and quality data to define improvement actions.
• Coordinate root cause analysis, corrective actions, process compliance, and strategic product recommendations across Product Management, R&D, Quality, Operations, Procurement, and Sales.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Management, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Technical Project Management.
• Strong technical understanding of consumer products and product development processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, Engineering Change Management, product modifications, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a structured, pragmatic, results-driven approach.
• Fluent German and English language skills required; occasional business travel is expected.
