Senior Financial Analyst - Ancillary Business (Insurance and Lending): Supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis for Tenant Insurance and Lending businesses with an accent on financial modeling, KPI monitoring, and profitability analysis. Focus on evaluating product performance, analyzing claims and lending trends, developing business cases, and translating complex financial results into actionable recommendations.
Location: Frisco, Texas, USA; expected to work in the office five days per week, with up to three flexible remote days per month.

What you will do
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and variance analysis for Tenant Insurance and Lending businesses.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, trends, KPIs, customer behavior, claims-related metrics, lending activity, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reporting with commentary on performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models for revenue, margins, expenses, business initiatives, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Finance, Customer Care, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and other functions on strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Improve reporting processes, data integrity, financial visibility, business cases, scenario analyses, and leadership presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business finance, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, communication, and business partnership skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with financial models and large data sets.
- Experience preparing management reports and presenting insights to business partners.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or current or future sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Insurance industry experience, especially with product performance, claims trends, premium analysis, or regulatory considerations.
- Experience with ancillary products, financial services, lending, or consumer-facing business lines.
- Familiarity with premium trends, claims performance, loss ratios, and product profitability.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion, Essbase, SAP, Oracle, or similar financial and reporting platforms.
- MBA, CFA, or another relevant professional certification.
