Chief Experience Officer

Location: Washington, DC, USA; fully remote with occasional travel

Salary: USD 250,000–350,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own the full member engagement lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through participation, renewal, and long-term retention.
• Set the vision and roadmap for the product portfolio, including engagement models, product architecture, and new launches.
• Design and deliver signature convenings for senior health care leaders, including speaker curation, formats, agendas, and participant experience.
• Define and track key performance indicators including retention, NPS, event utilization, and renewal rates.
• Partner with executive leadership, programming, operations, partnerships, and commercial teams to strengthen member value and support at-risk members.
• Build and lead product and member experience teams while representing hirify.global with members, prospects, and partners.

Requirements

• At least 20 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 7 years in a senior executive role.
• Experience defining experience strategy or owning a product P&L and product portfolio, including build, buy, and retire decisions.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging experiences for CEOs and C-suite audiences.
• Strong knowledge of the health care landscape across payers, providers, life sciences, or health services, supported by a relevant executive network.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, strategic thinking, consensus-building, and change leadership skills.
• Experience scaling organizations, building high-performance teams, and fostering accountability and trust.
