Corporate Insurance/Risk Analyst (Risk Management)

Location: Mentor, Ohio, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $65,775–$98,224 per year

What you will do

• Support global insurance program renewals, claims, and insurance recovery processes across workers’ compensation, liability, property, product recall, and stock throughput programs.
• Collaborate with EHS on global property loss-control planning, scheduling, and infrared inspection programs.
• Provide insurance documentation and operational support to business units, including certificates of insurance and automobile identification cards.
• Administer the Risk Management department’s annual operating plan, including budgets, accruals, invoices, and variance reporting.
• Maintain the Risk Management Information System and intranet portal and support semiannual Enterprise Risk Management processes.
• Support captive insurance activities, acquisition diligence, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate risk management involving global risks or at a corporate insurance broker working with large, complex accounts.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with geographically dispersed stakeholders and present complex topics concisely.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct, and control projects; travel may be required.
• Final candidates must complete a post-offer background check and drug screening.

Nice to have

• MBA or legal background.
