Vice President/Director of Pricing Analytics (Auto Finance)

Location: Hybrid schedule in Irving, Texas, Tuesday through Thursday

What you will do

• Set the vision and objectives for major improvements in lending decisioning.
• Develop risk-based pricing strategies based on customer segment price sensitivity.
• Lead growth, risk management, product terms, segmentation, channel optimization, and customer experience initiatives across Auto Finance.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize resources, implement strategy, and communicate progress to executives.
• Guide the data, reporting, modeling, analytical, and technology roadmap priorities.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop the analytics team while managing competing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in a data-driven analytics environment; consumer lending experience is preferred. A Master’s or PhD may offset experience, with 6 years required.
• At least 5 years of analytics leadership experience, including building and prioritizing teams and objectives.
• Advanced analytical skills with SQL, SAS, R, or Python.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex, data-driven problems.
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule in Irving, Texas, Tuesday through Thursday.
