Location: Remote work is acceptable within the United States, with occasional on-site work required at the San Diego headquarters or another company location. Domestic travel of up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $132,323–$186,576–$240,828 annually.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end pricing framework and model management across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, exchange, cash, mail, and specialty lines of business.
• Establish enterprise pricing governance and decision-making processes.
• Lead the development and enhancement of underwriting methodologies and pricing models.
• Align client pricing strategies with network reimbursement, rebate, and manufacturer economics.
• Monitor pricing outcomes, profitability, spread performance, rebate realization, and margin attainment.
• Develop executive KPI dashboards, variance reporting, and cross-functional profitability improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of related experience, including 8+ years as a subject-matter expert in the relevant area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, and data importing and exporting.
• Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of SAS.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to provide project leadership and direction to pricing, underwriting, economics, and analytics contributors without direct supervisory responsibility.
