What you will do

• Support the Latin America & Caribbean head and leadership team on strategic and operational projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, briefings, meetings, communications, partners, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate client, industry, and market requests and events, including webinars, leadership meetings, and strategy days.
• Deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis in coordination with Finance and other data providers.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for internal management meetings and external events.
• Collaborate with client teams, markets, and functional units to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree with an excellent academic record.
• 2–3 years of experience in relevant roles or industries.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and proven cross-functional project management experience.
• Ability to work in a challenging and complex global environment and bring people together across functions, levels, and regions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI.
