Business Solutions Analyst, Product Development Operations (Smartsheet)

What you will do

• Analyze product development workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve seasonal milestone execution.
• Work with IT to evaluate and implement Smartsheet solutions for line planning, milestone tracking, sample management, fabric and trim tracking, and operational reporting.
• Lead discovery and working sessions with design, technical design, product development, sourcing, and merchandising teams.
• Translate cross-functional process needs into scalable workflow solutions and communicate requirements to IT and governance teams.
• Develop training and documentation to support consistent tool adoption and process execution.
• Improve data consistency, workflow integration, and readiness for future PLM system integrations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or solutions analysis within retail, apparel, or consumer goods, focused on product development operations.
• Experience designing and managing solutions for product development workflows, including automated workflows and dashboards.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve efficiency and visibility.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, training, and cross-functional alignment skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of PLM systems and their role in the product development lifecycle.
• Experience with fabric and trim tracking, sampling, seasonal planning, and milestone management.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
