What you will do

• Partner with the President of hirify.global Life and senior stakeholders to align marketing priorities with business strategy.
• Develop go-to-market plans, creative briefs, strategy briefs, campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while managing the Life business marketing budget and ROI.
• Build relationships with carrier partners and collaborate on product launches, incentives, training resources, and promotional materials.
• Oversee advisor engagement programs, contests, social media, sales materials, presentations, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Measure marketing effectiveness, monitor competitors and market trends, and provide recommendations to optimize performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in agency or corporate environments.
• Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering results in fast-paced, sales-driven organizations.
• Strong familiarity with Life insurance products, including Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, Term Life, Universal Life, and Fixed Index Annuities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience developing content across social, print, digital, and event channels.
• Willingness to travel for carrier meetings, partner events, and business priorities.
