District Manager, LA East (Retail)

Location: Remote, based in Los Angeles, California, USA; travel up to 50% required. The schedule includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Salary: USD 129,000–165,000 annually, plus target annual commission of USD 30,000.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of retail stores through store visits, touch-bases, development conversations, and operational audits.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, recognition, and employee relations across store teams.
• Own district revenue performance, sales strategies, budgets, staffing, payroll, inventory, safety, and store standards.
• Partner with headquarters, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and new-store-opening teams to improve the retail business.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual merchandising standards across stores.
• Build local communities through events, charitable involvement, and partnerships with studios, gyms, teams, and athletes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive retail management leadership, including 4+ years in multi-unit retail leadership.
• Extensive budget management experience and expertise in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate across functions, manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong focus on elevating customer experience and improving business performance.
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays, with travel up to 50%.
