Director, Global Program Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Salary: $160,500–$305,000 base pay annually

What you will do

• Drive asset strategy and execution across cross-functional Asset Strategy Teams.
• Translate interconnected strategies into integrated evidence plans, executable timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage asset-level risks, mitigation plans, strategic tradeoffs, and downstream milestone impacts.
• Prepare strategic storylines, materials, and governance reviews for TASC and other stakeholder forums.
• Maintain accurate dashboards, reports, systems, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional connectivity across the asset.
• Coach and mentor Deliverable Team Project Managers and Project Planners while sharing project management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, business, or technical field.
• 4–6+ years of experience across roles in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including research and development, commercial, project management, or operations.
• At least 3 years supporting cross-functional teams in program management, commercial, development, regulatory, or operations functions.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry program management practices and experience working with global pharmaceutical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in late-stage drug development and participation on a launch team.
