Junior Integration Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX, United States; full-time onsite role

Financial products organization delivering software integration and system solutions across multiple departments and client implementations.

What you will do

• Analyze systems and business processes from end to end.
• Design and coordinate integrations between new applications and existing systems with architects and developers.
• Map system interactions, document requirements, and create support documentation.
• Triage production issues, document findings, and help technical teams resolve them.
• Coordinate vendors, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders while managing the work backlog.
• Support implementation activities for new clients and instruct users on system interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Agile Professional certification.
• Working knowledge of business analysis, software development, system analysis, and software integration architecture.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, WebService, Web API, integration mechanisms, application development, EDW, and BI.
• Ability to understand data structures and communicate effectively with technical, non-technical, and senior management audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-resolution, organizational, interpersonal, consulting, and client engagement skills; ability to travel locally or nationally.

Nice to have

• Understanding of UML and BPMN methodologies.
• Experience constructing diagrams with various tools.
