What you will do

• Lead requirements management across mission-critical technical IT solutions projects.
• Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, verification, and traceability.
• Align requirements with Agile sprint planning and support IT development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and requirements discussions to translate mission, technical, and business needs into actionable system requirements.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, software developers, and integrators across design, development, and deployment.
• Maintain systems documentation, including DoDAF architecture models and views, and support requirements-management process improvements.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of direct requirements-management experience for technical IT solutions projects, or 15+ years of combined relevant experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, Systems Integrator, or in a comparable role.
• Experience with Agile requirements management, sprint planning, stakeholder interviews, requirements traceability, validation, and verification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience applying Human Centered Design practices to user experience and user interface design requirements.
• Experience designing and documenting DoDAF architecture models and views.
• Agile methodologies certification or experience leading Agile sprint planning.
• Experience supporting technical IT development teams in the Intelligence Community and 10+ years of experience working in the IC.
• Experience with IT project management, systems engineering, software engineering, software development, and process improvement.
