What you will do

• Provide expert technical analysis, recommendations, and implementation guidance for specialized IT applications and operational environments.
• Support functional systems analysis, design, and integration for highly complex problems.
• Participate across the development lifecycle, including planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentations.
• Develop system documentation, technical reports, and briefings.
• Advise stakeholders and leadership on technical risks, opportunities, and best practices.
• Monitor emerging technologies and specialize in software, systems, or business applications used in end-user environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT systems analysis, integration, or specialized application support.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and implement complex IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle processes and clear technical communication for diverse audiences.
• Active Top Secret security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Department of Defense or government IT environments.
• Advanced certifications in relevant technologies or systems.
• Experience working across interdisciplinary teams and with senior stakeholders.
