Finance & Treasury Analyst (Corporate Finance)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States. The role is regular full-time and includes daily office and corporate campus duties, with up to 20% domestic travel.

What you will do

• Manage daily cash positioning, in-house bank administration, cash pooling, liquidity management, and bank accounts.
• Support financing transactions, funding activities, capital structure decisions, and debt financing analysis.
• Analyze interest rate and foreign exchange exposures and prepare treasury budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Improve treasury processes through automation, AI, analytics, and emerging technology solutions.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Legal, IT, and operating businesses on enterprise initiatives and special projects.
• Maintain treasury policies, internal controls, debt compliance reporting, banking documentation, and confidential records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 2–5 years of experience or training in treasury operations, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking.
• Required proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, communication, judgment, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems, preferably Reval.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as D365 or similar systems.
