Procurement Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing activities, including RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes and supplier communications.
• Coordinate procurement projects by tracking milestones, deliverables, supplier timelines, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Partner with Category Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to execute sourcing strategies and improve business value.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier records, vendor data, pricing updates, and ERP system accuracy.
• Support supplier onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, issue resolution, and contract lifecycle management.
• Analyze procurement and supply chain data to prepare reports, KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights while identifying process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
• 3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of RF(x) processes, procurement operations, purchasing procedures, and strategic sourcing fundamentals.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Oracle, or equivalent platforms, plus Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
