Bilingual Enterprise Solutions Architect (Platform Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery and qualification discussions to identify business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Design and position solutions across hirify.global’s portfolio, including platform engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud-native deployment, and managed services.
• Support sales conversations by addressing product, architecture, integration, pricing, and implementation questions.
• Collaborate with vendors, account teams, and engineers to create bills of material, statements of work, effort estimates, and delivery plans.
• Support transitions into delivery, maintain customer alignment, and track implementation and financial success metrics.
• Provide thought leadership, technical mentoring, customer education, and guidance on platform orchestration, security, governance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• In-depth experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or technology-services consulting.
• Experience establishing and delivering complex projects with a record of successful implementations.
• Fully bilingual in English and French.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and build relationships across organizational levels.
• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, cloud-native technologies, observability, security, DevOps, or FinOps are expected.
• Product thinking, strategic judgment, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native application deployment patterns.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, DevOps engineering, platform orchestration, and CI/CD automation.
• Knowledge of application security, observability platforms such as Dynatrace, service mesh technologies, API management and security, and modern security and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency with development tools and coding environments.
