Wellness Nurse (LPN) Full-Time or Part-Time

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and holistic wellness support to residents.
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance and service standards under the direction of the Health and Wellness Director.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices, techniques, and methods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Microsoft Office, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
