Wellness Nurse (LPN) Full-Time 3pm - 11pm

Location: Toms River, New Jersey, USA; full-time onsite, 3pm–11pm shift

Salary: USD 36–38 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Support training and monitoring of medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in line with state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance according to federal, state, and local standards.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and promote high-quality resident service.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current LPN license.
• Experience with residents who have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Windows, Outlook, Excel, and the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting, and supporting residents weighing up to 50 pounds.
