Senior Associate, OAS Enterprise Systems

Location: Onsite in the Downtown Los Angeles office, Los Angeles, California, United States. The role requires regular office attendance, with working hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak event periods. LA28 does not provide relocation assistance.

Annual base salary: $73,000–$98,000.

What you will do

• Support project managers across the enterprise-systems portfolio by synthesizing meeting minutes, capturing decisions, and coordinating stakeholder and vendor inputs.
• Elicit and document business requirements, implementation specifications, and use cases connecting business needs with technical delivery.
• Draft test plans and User Acceptance Testing plans, and track defects, enhancements, and changes through resolution.
• Support portfolio backlog triage, intake meetings, and evaluation of new system requests.
• Analyze business processes and recommend workflow improvements, process maps, and automations.
• Provide day-to-day analytical support for end users and coordinate troubleshooting with technology teams and external partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or in a similar role supporting enterprise software solutions.
• Experience supporting complex, end-to-end technical implementations and system integrations.
• Experience writing technical documentation and requirements specifications, including structured deployment and UAT plans.
• Experience working with third-party developers and external vendors; fluency with SharePoint and Smartsheet.
• Experience using DevOps platforms such as Azure DevOps or Jira for defect tracking, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Experience with enterprise ERP, HRIS, or finance systems such as Workday or procure-to-pay platforms.
• Familiarity with Asana, Monday, or MS Project.
• Self-starting, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
