PC Technician

Location: Onsite across multiple client school locations in the Greater Orange, New Jersey area, with local travel required. The assignment is based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania and takes place for one week during September on a date to be confirmed.

What you will do

• Travel between assigned locations to provide onsite IT support.
• Set up and configure PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, workstation, and printer issues.
• Assist with equipment moves, replacements, and installations.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and document completed work.
• Provide responsive support and escalate complex issues when needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, help desk, or PC technician work.
• Hands-on experience setting up PCs, workstations, and printers.
• Basic Windows hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple local sites are required.
• Strong communication, organization, independent working, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ or a similar certification.
