What you will do

• Manage Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) objects, including electronic batch records and equipment management objects, used across applicable manufacturing sites.
• Lead cross-functional forums, collaborate with Technology teams, and make decisions supporting manufacturing operations.
• Own global MES standard operating procedures and contribute to related training materials.
• Develop application roadmaps and accommodate new MES functionality with Technology teams.
• Maintain controlled documents, including data integrity assessments, operational SOPs, and training content.
• Lead and approve MES and selected ERP validation documents, protocols, specifications, scripts, test sets, and test runs.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 2 years of manufacturing support experience; or master’s degree plus 4 years; bachelor’s degree plus 6 years; associate’s degree plus 10 years; or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years.
• Experience with MES technology and modifying batch records.
• Experience in biological manufacturing floor operations and regulated environments.
• Background in drug substance, finished drug product, and/or drug product manufacturing.
• Experience collaborating across functions and working in teams.
• Leadership experience managing contractors and indirect reports.

Nice to have

• Academic background in life science and/or engineering.
• Experience designing master batch records in Körber PAS|X.
