Salary: $115,800–$193,680 per year

What you will do

• Develop traction inverters for electric vehicle applications.
• Design, bring up, characterize, and troubleshoot traction inverters.
• Design and validate circuit schematics and PCB layouts for signal integrity and manufacturability.
• Perform circuit, thermal, and control analysis, as well as failure analysis.
• Support design validation and end-of-line test specifications.
• Collaborate with mechanical design, software, systems, project management, and supply chain functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in power electronics product development.
• Hands-on experience with schematic capture, circuit simulation, and analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience with PCB layout and high-voltage power electronics testing and validation.
• Familiarity with IGBT, MOSFET, power modules, three-phase inverters, and motor control.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified at hire.

Nice to have

• Experience with EMI troubleshooting.
• Experience developing safety-critical automotive hardware.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for power electronics products.
