Manager Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Take overall responsibility for health, safety and environmental management at a manufacturing site of around 100 employees.
• Drive risk assessments, root cause analyses and accident prevention initiatives with managers and shopfloor employees.
• Develop the quality management system and lead the Quality Assurance team.
• Lead and develop the QHSE team while fostering accountability, safety awareness and continuous improvement.
• Manage internal audits and support external audits, certifications and compliance activities.
• Contribute to operational and strategic decisions as a member of the site management team.

Requirements

• Several years of HSE experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Degree in engineering, occupational health and safety, environmental management, quality management or a comparable field.
• Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety, health and environmental management.
• Analytical, structured and pragmatic approach to risk management, audits and compliance.
• Fluent German and confident English at minimum B2 level required.
• Experience in quality management or assurance, leadership experience, and certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist are advantageous.
