Brand Protection Supervisor (Collectibles)

Location: New Castle, Delaware, United States; onsite five days per week

Salary: $61,396–$79,453 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Lead and supervise the Vault authentication team across both shifts while maintaining authentication procedures and quality standards.
• Coach employees, provide performance feedback, and support skill development.
• Audit individual and team output, monitor accuracy and operational performance, and take corrective action when needed.
• Monitor volume patterns and adjust staffing, resources, equipment, and workspace for peak periods.
• Onboard, certify, and train new authenticators through education sessions and daily briefings.
• Act as the liaison between Vault operations and Brand Protection leadership, supporting investigations and escalation of risks and issues.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate complex information clearly with newly onboarded authenticators and senior operations leaders.
• Strong training, coaching, written communication, verbal communication, and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail, a quality-first mindset, and commitment to authentication accuracy under volume pressure.
• Ability to follow structured processes while applying sound judgment in ambiguous cases.
• Proficiency with standard Google and/or Microsoft Office products and common business communication platforms.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify.
