Maintenance Mechanic A

What you will do

• Perform maintenance, preventative maintenance, changeovers, adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and packaging equipment.
• Maintain robotic systems, vision systems, barcode verification equipment, and line control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and programming components, including PLCs and servo drives.
• Complete corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance actions and prepare maintenance, quality, and production change-control documentation.
• Communicate equipment status and work assignments with manufacturing and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor OEM technicians and contracted vendors, organize materials and parts, support training, and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical manufacturing or packaging equipment.
• Ability to work with robotic systems, vision systems, PLCs, servo drives, and related controls.
• Ability to follow SOPs, cGMPs, plant quality and safety procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to complete assigned training and communicate effectively with manufacturing stakeholders.
• Availability to work onsite in Wilson, North Carolina.
