Dispatcher

Location: Fremont, California, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Coordinate towing resources for vehicle pickups and deliveries while supporting branch productivity and on-time performance.
• Assign tow truck work, plan future resource requirements, and adjust operations based on demand and capacity.
• Source additional towing capacity and recruit new towing partners to expand the transportation network.
• Monitor transportation costs, identify savings opportunities, and review transportation performance reports.
• Provide pickup and delivery documentation to drivers, including check and cash handling when required.
• Maintain working relationships with tow drivers and the IAA Transportation team while escalating operational issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of direct dispatch experience.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.
