Domestic Transportation Customer Service

Location: 6095 Marshalee Dr, Elkridge, Maryland, United States; full-time onsite schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM

Salary: USD 23–25 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain smooth and timely domestic freight process flow.
• Enter operational data accurately and track and trace transportation files.
• Coordinate freight delivery and timely clearance where applicable.
• Arrange customer shipments and respond to client, vendor, and network requests.
• Process accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Maintain supplier relationships, compliance, internal procedures, and KPI performance.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent English with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to understand customer procedures and maintain accurate operational documentation.

Nice to have

• Understanding of ocean documentation processes.
• Hazardous Materials certification.
