Distribution and Transportation Agent

Location: 580 Opperman Dr, Eagan, MN 55123, USA. Full-time work is performed both at a desk and within the warehouse.

Expected base salary: $22–$24 per hour, with potential bonus eligibility after the first year of continuous employment.

What you will do

• Manage a customer portfolio, including bookings and transportation scheduling between customers, service providers, and receivers.
• Enter operational data accurately and maintain timely documentation in hirify.global systems.
• Track and trace truck transportation shipments and prepare reports.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, client billing, and delivery updates.
• Communicate delays and independently resolve challenges affecting customer deliveries.
• Support warehouse activities, inventory management, supplier relationships, and KPI compliance.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with two years of logistics experience or equivalent training.
• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to meet US export, dangerous goods, and other US compliance standards.
