Sales Operations & Supply Chain Specialist (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Support APAC sales operations by managing customer requirements, order modifications, backorders, product availability, and delivery issues.
• Coordinate inventory allocation and prioritization with headquarters and regional supply chain teams.
• Oversee APAC shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal logistics teams.
• Manage commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other documentation required for customs clearance.
• Handle production delays, shipping issues, customs hold-ups, and other supply chain disruptions through contingency planning.
• Improve operational processes, update SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience in sales operations, supply chain management, or logistics.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences is preferred.
• Knowledge of regional import/export regulations, customs requirements, product registration standards, data privacy laws, and product safety regulations.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, Finance, Customer Service, documentation, logistics, and global supply chain teams.
