Senior Manager, Rider Supply Chain

What you will do

• Own regional demand forecasting and production planning for rider gear and paper bags across 17 markets and three brands.
• Manage inventory levels, replenishment strategies, order management, storage locations, and fulfillment operations.
• Lead cross-border logistics through regional hubs, including warehouse operations and distribution.
• Manage 3PL warehouse partners, freight forwarders, and equipment suppliers, including tenders, vendor performance, and quality standards.
• Lead supply chain automation projects such as n8n workflows to reduce manual work and accelerate rider onboarding.
• Collaborate on equipment innovation, brand standardization, rider branding, cost savings, and import/export compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain planning, ERP systems such as SAP and Ariba, Shopify, and workflow automation tools such as n8n.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-market initiatives with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal, and regional teams.
• Strong background in supplier management, transport and warehouse tenders, international customs, and logistics coordination.
• Strong problem-solving, execution, adaptability, and intercultural communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English required.
