Medical Assistant II - Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery - Full Time (Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery)

Location: Manchester, NH, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Support providers with patient examinations, in-office procedures, wound care, dressing changes, and suture or staple removal.
• Measure and document vital signs, height, weight, pulse oximetry, and other condition-specific information.
• Provide patient education, post-procedure instructions, and follow-up care coordination.
• Collect and process specimens according to established procedures.
• Room patients, prepare electronic visit charts, and ensure relevant diagnostic and clinical records are available.
• Process prescription refills and prior authorizations while maintaining clinical supplies and inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience in a clinical ambulatory care setting is preferred.
• CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification is required.
• BLS authorization must be obtained within 90 days of employment and maintained throughout employment.
