What you will do

• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze vulnerability scans and security telemetry to create risk-ranked remediation backlogs and track closure.
• Support identity and access management initiatives, including lifecycle provisioning, role-based access, access certifications, and least-privilege design.
• Manage ServiceNow workflows for access requests, incidents, changes, and remediation tracking.
• Contribute to disaster recovery, business continuity planning, DR testing, and cyber recovery readiness.
• Build dashboards and reports while supporting infrastructure modernization programs and cross-functional project delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis experience across IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, including vulnerability management or IAM support.
• Experience with Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or Microsoft Defender and risk-based prioritization.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, privileged access, and access certification.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience with ITSM, SecOps, and CMDB.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Strong data analytics, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and AI/ML applications in security and infrastructure.
