Business Analyst, IAM Risk & Audit (Cybersecurity)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $88,900–$151,100 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Support internal and external IAM audits, regulatory examinations, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Gather, validate, and deliver audit evidence while maintaining IAM policies, standards, procedures, and control documentation.
• Monitor IAM controls, identify control gaps and process weaknesses, and track findings, risks, and remediation activities.
• Analyze IAM data and produce risk, audit, compliance, KPI, KCI, dashboard, scorecard, and control-effectiveness reporting.
• Improve audit readiness by automating manual reporting and evidence collection and standardizing repeatable procedures.
• Collaborate with IAM engineers, risk teams, auditors, compliance functions, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Cyber Security, IAM, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, or related disciplines.
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, including IGA, PAM, access controls, authentication, authorization, and directory services.
• Experience with control frameworks, audit activities, compliance processes, control testing, or validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
