TL;DR
Infrastructure & Operations - AI Automation Engineer (f/m/d) (AI automation): Designing and deploying AI-powered agents and intelligent automations for global IT Infrastructure & Operations services with an accent on self-healing operations, workflow automation, and enterprise AI governance. Focus on building incident triage, provisioning, alerting, and remediation capabilities, creating reusable automation patterns, and measuring operational impact.
Location: Onsite in Krakow, Poland

What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and intelligent automations with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI services, PowerShell, and Python.
- Automate Infrastructure & Operations use cases including incident triage, change request routing, self-service provisioning, proactive alerting, and KPI generation.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across endpoint computing, networking, cloud hosting, service operations, OT convergence, and ITSM.
- Build self-healing capabilities that detect, diagnose, and remediate infrastructure issues such as device disconnects, patching failures, and cloud cost anomalies.
- Create reusable AI patterns, prompt libraries, and automation templates, while enabling infrastructure engineers to use AI tools safely and effectively.
- Measure automation impact and partner with Digital, Data & AI and Security, Risk & Compliance teams on governance, data boundaries, GxP requirements, and EU AI Act compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or systems engineering, with hands-on enterprise automation delivery.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and/or Azure AI services in a production enterprise environment.
- Ability to provide examples of using AI to deliver meaningful improvements or solve operational problems.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate engineering and operations requirements into scalable automation solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or regulated industries, including GxP or SOX environments.
- Familiarity with AIOps, Datadog, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Experience with Power Platform administration, Copilot governance, AI guardrails, DevOps or CI/CD pipelines, and Microsoft AI or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience quantifying automation ROI and presenting results to senior leadership.
