TL;DR
Integration Design Engineer (Semiconductor): Developing and integrating custom and digital semiconductor designs with an accent on transistor-level analysis, RTL implementation, verification, and physical design flows. Focus on coordinating synthesis, timing analysis, DFT and ATPG generation, silicon characterization, and product tapeout.
Location: Penang, Malaysia. The position requires satisfactory proof of the right to work in Malaysia.

What you will do
- Implement and integrate custom and digital semiconductor designs.
- Perform transistor-level analysis, characterization, performance simulations, and power simulations.
- Develop and verify RTL using industry-standard design and verification flows.
- Execute lint, elaboration, compilation, synthesis, equivalence checking, SDC, and static timing analysis.
- Develop DFT flows and generate ATPG patterns.
- Support product development activities including planning, tapeout, silicon characterization, and validation.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Electronics, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 12 years of in-depth experience in custom and digital design implementation.
- Expertise in Verilog and SystemVerilog.
- Experience with custom design flows, semiconductor principles, transistor-level analysis, and Cadence Virtuoso.
- Experience with digital design tools including Xcelium, Genus, Innovus, and Tempus.
- Strong coding and scripting skills in Perl, TCL, Shell, Skill, or Python.
Nice to have
- Experience in FPGA or CPLD design and integration.
- Experience in IP and full-chip functional verification.
- Project leadership and product development cycle experience.
