Location: Carrollton, Texas; onsite office work

Salary: $45,000–$66,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a caseload of foreclosure accounts, review loan documentation, track deadlines, and resolve complex or escalated cases.
• Prepare and oversee legal filings, deeds, and other documents for judicial foreclosures.
• Coordinate with attorneys, property preservation vendors, and other service providers.
• Calculate judgment figures and bid amounts, analyze financial data, and ensure accurate and timely foreclosure actions.
• Identify process improvements, contribute to policies and procedures, and participate in foreclosure-related system or compliance projects.
• Mentor entry-level foreclosure specialists and support team efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least two years of experience as a foreclosure specialist or in a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and investor foreclosure requirements.
• Experience managing complex foreclosure cases and resolving escalated issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work independently and mentor junior staff.
