Operations Manager, US Pest

Location: Chino, California, United States; travel up to 100% within assigned territory

Salary: $62,700–$101,200 per year

What you will do

• Recruit and hire residential, commercial, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians.
• Oversee technician training, coaching, development, performance reviews, ride-alongs, audits, and accountability.
• Monitor service quality, customer concerns, retention, route completion, and branch scheduling efficiency.
• Ensure safety standards, regulatory compliance, vehicle maintenance, and inventory levels are maintained.
• Fill temporary staffing gaps by periodically handling customer appointments.
• Track staffing budgets, sales growth, service costs, fleet maintenance, materials, and time management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to solve problems, identify practical solutions, and lead and motivate others.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic or intermediate math skills for sales and service calculations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain required federal, state, and local licenses or certificates.
• Ability to work in varied physical and environmental conditions, including confined spaces, ladders, seasonal weather, personal protective equipment, and vehicle operation.
