Commercial Pest Control Lead Specialist (Pest Control)

Salary: $33.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Work with district leadership to improve productivity, service quality, and profitability.
• Perform Service Specialist duties across scheduled routes, additional work requests, and open routes.
• Build customer relationships and maintain high service standards at all accounts.
• Coach and mentor Service Specialists and participate in group meetings and account reviews.
• Complete ongoing individual and group training.
• Work flexible hours and participate in a rotating off-hours and weekend on-call schedule when required.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of commercial pest control experience.
• Valid, current Pest Control License required.
• Advanced LOB/PNOL knowledge and proficient district-level knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, resolve customer service issues, and follow through to resolution.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays as needed; valid driver's license required.
