System Administrator – Sr.

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; on-site role

What you will do

• Operate and maintain software development environments and data centers.
• Provide advanced technical expertise and support for infrastructure and end users.
• Administer the lifecycle of infrastructure hardware and software.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows servers and desktops, Active Directory, DNS, networking devices, storage systems, SQL Server, Citrix, and VMware.
• Escalate technology issues appropriately and support major implementations or service incidents outside business hours when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Windows Server and Active Directory administration and troubleshooting experience, including DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, SSL, and PowerShell scripting.
• At least 2 years of VMware vSphere administration experience.
• At least 2 years of SQL Server administration and troubleshooting experience, with minor database administration responsibilities.
• At least 3 years of Windows desktop administration and support experience, including printer support.
• At least 2 years of Citrix administration experience, including Citrix 6.5.
• Experience with network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, firewalls, and BigIP.

Nice to have

• Experience with vCloud Director.
• Storage administration and EMC/Avamar backup experience.
• Mac OS experience.
