Senior Treasury Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Build treasury infrastructure for international and commercial expansion, including in-country accounts, multi-currency cash management, and banking and payment rails.
• Manage the debt portfolio, covenant compliance calendar, lender reporting, credit agreement documentation, revolver, letters of credit, and surety bonds.
• Lead daily cash positioning, liquidity management, funding adequacy analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis across entities.
• Manage intercompany funding, capital contributions, dividend planning, and short-term investments with Accounting, Tax, and Legal.
• Lead treasury controls, audits, investment concentration monitoring, financial statement disclosures, and policy administration.
• Own the Kyriba Treasury Management System and manage banking partners, payment processors, custodians, vendors, and cross-functional treasury projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive cash management and treasury operations experience, preferably in a large corporate treasury environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) accreditation, and prior team lead or people management experience.
• International treasury experience covering multi-currency cash management, cross-border funding, FX exposure, and in-country bank account structures.
• Experience with commercial lines of business and healthcare or insurance, including Medicare Advantage and regulated entities.
• Experience with Kyriba, BAI2 and ISO 20022 file formats, NetSuite or comparable general ledger software, and AI tools for treasury automation.
• Hands-on debt compliance, ACH and NACHA rules, advanced spreadsheets, and communication with senior leaders, auditors, regulators, and external partners.
