Director, Finance - Office of the CFO (AI Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States and be able to travel to client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annually, based on experience, plus eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead strategic and tactical healthcare analytics initiatives supporting operational excellence and net patient revenue performance.
• Direct the development of data-driven dashboards, reporting tools, AI solutions, benchmarks, and enterprise performance metrics.
• Partner with senior executives, operational leaders, clients, and financial staff to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Oversee the integration and analysis of diverse data sources while ensuring accuracy, relevance, and trusted delivery of insights.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics organization, including recruitment, retention, succession planning, and performance management.
• Manage programs and projects from inception through implementation, including budget and resource planning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in healthcare management or administration, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of healthcare analytics experience focused on clinical and operational performance.
• 5+ years of leadership experience and demonstrated ability to lead analytics professionals.
• Advanced experience using AI and managing teams that apply AI to process and technology improvements.
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, financial and reimbursement issues, and medical center and medical staff organizations.
• Proficiency in Epic, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI, with strong executive communication and interpersonal skills.
